摘 要:目的:解决某海上平台三甘醇脱水装置无法达到脱水要求的问题。方法:基于现场实际生产数据,采用HYSYS软件进行该工艺系统的模拟分析,并找出该系统运行问题的原因。结果:在项目开始初期由于进口天然气量较小,现场供给的汽提气量不足,三甘醇循环量提供较少是影响脱水系统效果的主要因素,改造方案应考虑汽提气量及三甘醇循环量两方面。结合平台实际情况,最终确定工艺调整方案。工艺调整后,在表压6.0 MPa下的干气水露点从-25.3℃降至-38.27℃,达到预期效果。结论:海上平台三甘醇脱水装置在最初开启时,由于进口天然气量较小,处理量无法达到设计值的原因可能是现场供给的汽提气量不足,三甘醇循环量提供较少,建议在进行三甘醇脱水装置工艺设计时,如发生干气水露点不达标的情况,可以适度提高优化汽提气用量,致使初期干气水露点达到理想条件。Objective:The aim is to solve the problem that the triethylene glycol dehydration device on a certain offshore platform cannot meet the dehydration requirements.Methods:Based on the actual production data in the field,HYSYS software was used to simulate and analyse the process system,and to find out the reasons for the operational problems of the system.Results:In the early stage of the project,due to the small amount of imported natural gas,the insufficient supply of stripper gas and the low supply of triethylene glycol(TEG)circulation were the main factors affecting the effectiveness of the dewatering system,and the modification plan should consider both stripper gas and TEG circulation.Combined with the actual situation of the platform,the process adjustment programme was finally decided.After the process adjustment,the dew point of dry gas water at gauge pressure of 6.0 MPa was reduced from -25.3℃ to -38.27℃,which achieved the expected effect.Conclusion:When the triethylene glycol dehydration plant on the offshore platform was initially switched on,due to the small amount of imported natural gas,the treatment capacity could not reach the design value,probably because of the insufficient supply of stripper gas from the site,and the small amount of triethylene glycol recycling volume.It is recommended that when designing the process of the triethylene glycol dehydration plant,in the event of the dry gas dew point not being met,the amount of stripper gas can be optimised moderately,so as to bring the initial dry gas dew point up to the ideal condition.
