摘 要:丙烷脱氢(PDH)是生产丙烯产品的重要方式之一,丙烷脱氢装置是用于生产丙烯的重要工业设施。随着全球对丙烯及其衍生物需求的持续增长,丙烷脱氢装置市场正迎来显著扩张。但丙烷脱氢装置的能耗相对较大,装置能耗计算方法尚未有国家标准。本文提出了两种丙烷脱氢装置能耗计算方法,列出了计算过程、优缺点以及计算注意事项,并基于对影响能耗的因素分析,提出了节能技术措施,旨在为我国丙烷脱氢行业实施节能降耗管理提供参考。Propane dehydrogenation(PDH)is one of the significant approaches for the production of propylene products.Propane dehydrogenation unit is essential industrial facilities for generating propylene.As the global demand for propylene and its derivatives keeps growing steadily,the market of propane dehydrogenation unit is undergoing substantial expansion.Nevertheless,the energy consumption of the propane dehydrogenation unit is relatively high,and there has been no national standard for the calculation method of the unit's energy consumption.In this article,two calculation methods for the energy consumption of propane dehydrogenation units are presented,and the calculation process,advantages and disadvantages,as well as points to note are listed.Based on the analysis of factors influencing energy consumption,energy-saving technical measures are proposed,with the aim of providing a reference for the management of energy conservation and consumption reduction in China's propane dehydrogenation industry.
