摘  要:介绍了紫外荧光法在海上平台钻井液含油率检测中的应用。通过对紫外荧光法、紫外分光光度法、红外分光光度法、非分散红外法和气相色谱法测定石油类含量的原理与特征进行阐述,分析了各种检测方法的优缺点,同时对项目组前期所研制的钻井液含油率海上平台在线监测系统进行了实验室性能测试及海上平台比对测试。试验结果表明,该系统精密度优于2.811%,准确度优于5%,系统标定拟合优度R^(2)为97.94%,利用该系统在海上平台与国标红外法进行比对测试,两种方法比对测试最大偏差为0.26%。该系统可有效实现对海上平台钻井液含油率的检测,为钻井液向海排放监督管理提供了可靠依据。This study mainly introduces the application of ultraviolet fluorescence method in the detection of oil content of drilling fluid in offshore platform.The principle and characteristics of determination of petroleum content by ultraviolet fluorescence method,ultraviolet spectrophotometry,infrared spectrophotometry,non-dispersive infrared method and gas chromatography are described,and the advantages and disadvantages of various detection methods are analyzed,at the same time,the laboratory performance test and the offshore platform comparison test are carried out for offshore on-line monitoring system for drilling fluid oil content developed by the project.The test results show that the precision of the system is better than 2.811%,the accuracy is better than 5%,and the goodness of fit R^(2) of the system calibration is 97.94%,the system is compared to the national standard infrared method,and the maximum deviation of the two methods is 0.26%.The system can effectively realize the detection of the oil content of drilling fluid,and provide a reliable basis for the supervision and management of drilling fluid discharge to the sea.
