摘 要:在海洋石油工程领域,浮拖式组块的运输和安装是一个重要环节,其中,临时固定拉筋DSU作为浮拖式组块海上运输过程中的关键固定装置,其稳定性直接关系到整个组块的安全。然而,当组块到达预定位置后,由于其上端与组块连接,下端与钢质拖拉滑靴连接、滑靴又和运输船连接,导致其切除施工成为一大技术难题。鉴于此,本文对浮拖式组块中,临时固定拉筋DSU的常见切除困难点进行综述,并结合现场施工经验,提出了相应的解决方法,旨在优化临时固定拉筋DSU的切除流程、提高切除效率,确保项目的顺利按时完工,这对海洋石油平台建造具有重要的理论指导和现实意义。In the field of offshore oil engineering,the transportation and installation of floating towed modules is an important link.Among them,the temporary fixed reinforcement DSU is a key fixing device in the offshore transportation of floating towed modules,and its stability directly affects the safety of the entire module.However,after the module reaches its predetermined position,its removal becomes a technical challenge due to its upper end being connected to the module,the lower end being connected to the steel towing shoe,and the shoe being connected to the transport ship.In view of this,this article provides an overview of the common difficulties in the removal of temporary fixed reinforcement units(DSUs)in floating towed modules,and proposes corresponding solutions based on on-site construction experience.The aim is to optimize the removal process of temporary fixed reinforcement units,improve removal efficiency,and ensure the smooth and timely completion of the project.This has important theoretical guidance and practical significance for the construction of offshore oil platforms.
