摘 要:随着海洋深水、超深水油气田的探勘与开发的持续推进,我国海洋石油工程正迈向高难度、高水平、国产化的崭新阶段。这使得深水油气勘探开发中的导管架、平台、组块等关键装备的建造显得尤为关键,而这些平台的建造都离不开刚性圆柱体这一核心支撑与承重结构。基于此,本文针对LNGC组块,对刚性圆柱体现场卷制过程中常见的困难点进行了深入分析,并针对性提出了生产加工及机械设备的优化措施,使得卷管合格率超过97.6%,卷管效率由前期每天14节762 mm的圆管,最大提高到21节,效率平均提高了20%~30%,这对卷管机圆管卷制质量的提升具有重要的理论指导和现实意义。With the continuous promotion of exploration and development of deepwater and ultra deep water oil and gas fields in the ocean,China's offshore oil engineering is entering a new stage of high difficulty,high level,and localization.This makes the construction of key equipment such as jackets,platforms,and modules in deepwater oil and gas exploration and development particularly crucial,and the construction of these platforms cannot be separated from the core support and load-bearing structure of steel cylinders.Based on this,this article conducts an in-depth analysis of the common challenges in the on-site coiling process of steel cylinders in LNGC blocks,and proposes optimization measures for production processing and mechanical equipment,resulting in a qualified rate of over 97.6% for the coil.The efficiency of the coil has increased from 14 sections of 762 mm circular tubes per day to a maximum of 21 sections,and the average efficiency has increased by 20%~30%.This has important theoretical guidance and practical significance for improving the quality of coil making in the coil machine.
