摘  要:聚苯硫醚(PPS)是一种新型高性能热塑性树脂,是由苯环与硫原子通过特殊连接形成的材料,结构较为稳定。从性能方面来看,该材料具有良好的阻燃性、耐热性、抗氧化性及热性能,在工程塑料领域中脱颖而出。而聚芳硫醚砜酮(PASSK)是一种具有远大发展前途的新型高分子材料,它也是聚苯硫醚(PPS)的结构改性产物,保持了特种工程塑料聚苯硫醚(PPS)优异的耐热、耐腐蚀性以及优异的力学性能。目前学术界尚未有对聚苯硫醚/聚芳硫醚砜酮实际生产进行指导的范例,本文将就聚苯硫醚/聚芳硫醚砜酮的工艺流程以及常见的节能技术进行论述,供工业生产做参考。Polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)is a new type of high performance thermoplastic resin,which is formed by special connection of benzene ring and sulfur atom,and its structure is relatively stable.In terms of performance,this material has good flame retardancy,heat resistance,oxidation resistance and thermal properties,and stands out in the field of engineering plastics.Polyarylthioether sulfone ketone(PASSK)is a new polymer material with great development prospects,and it is also a structural modification product of polyphenylene sulfide(PPS),which not only maintains the excellent heat resistance,corrosion resistance and excellent mechanical properties of special engineering plastics polyphenylene sulfide(PPS).At present,there is no example to guide the actual production of polyphenylene sulfide/polyarthioether sulfone ketone,this paper will discuss the process flow of polyphenylene sulfide/polyarthioether sulfone ketone and the common energy saving technology for industrial production reference.
