摘　　要：随着汽提塔在化工生产中的广泛应用,合理的设备布置和管道布置在整个项目框架规划中占有至关重要的作用。汽提塔塔体高、管口多的特点,为框架规划、设备布置、配管研究增添了很多难度。以某精细化工项目装置内的汽提塔为例,探讨汽提塔的设备布置、管道布置、管口方位设计的基本思路及注意事项,以便为项目的整体规划节省空间。With the widespread application of stripping towers in chemical production,reasonable equipment layout and pipeline layout play a crucial role in the whole project framework planning.The high body and multiple pipe openings of the stripping tower add many difficulties to the frame planning,equipment layout and piping research.Taking a stripper tower in a fine chemical project as an example,this paper discusses the basic ideas and considerations of equipment layout,pipeline layout and nozzle orientation design of stripper tower,in order to save space for the overall planning of the project.
