先进制造业集群背景下“工业上楼”产业园产业空间组织模式研究

摘　　要：打造世界级尖端制造业集群,是推动我国产业跃升至全球高端价值链的关键举措。在产业集群的发展过程中,“工业上楼”空间载体模式将得到更为广泛的应用,也将拥有更为开阔的创新空间。文章从先进制造业集群下的园区产权类型入手,分析“工业上楼”模式产业园产业空间组织的内涵特征,探讨了先进制造业集群对“工业上楼”模式产业园空间组织的影响。基于先进制造业集群背景下“工业上楼”模式园区的产业组织特征,文章归纳出“工业上楼”模式的先进制造业产业园空间组织模式类型,以期为今后该领域的设计实践提供一定借鉴。Cultivating world-class advanced manufacturing clusters is one of the important measures to promote China's industry to move towards the world-class external centre manufacturing cluster.In the development process of these manufacturing clusters,the"industrial upstairs"spatial carrier model will have a wider range of application scenarios and also have a more open space for innovation.This paper analyzes the connotation and characteristics of industrial spatial organization in industrial parks under the industrial upstairs model from the perspective of enterprise types in advanced manufacturing clusters,and explores the impact of advanced manufacturing clusters on the spatial organization of industrial parks.Based on the industrial organization characteristics of industrial parks in the context of advanced manufacturing clusters,this paper summarizes the types of spatial organization models of advanced manufacturing industrial parks in the industrial upgrading mode,in order to provide some reference for future design practices in this field.
