摘　　要：文章介绍了城市复兴、文化驱动的定义,以及工业遗存更新改造的优秀案例,阐释如何以文化艺术驱动的工业遗存改造激活城市区域发展。在城市更新改造中,探索如何传承和发展城市文化特色、促进文化对于城市发展的带动作用、营造具有地域文化意境的城市空间,对我国城市建设的转型具有重要的现实意义。The paper introduces the definition of cultural driven urban renaissance,as well as excellent cases of industrial heritage renewal.It explains how to activate urban regional development through the transformation of industrial heritage driven by culture and art.In urban regeneration,exploring how to inherit and develop urban cultural characteristics,promoting the driving role of culture feature and create urban spaces with regional cultural artistic conception is of great practical significance to the transformation of urban development.
