基于传统风貌的闽南商业街区规划设计研究——以漳州九十九湾“闽南水乡”示范段为例

摘　　要：具有当地传统风貌的商业街区能够展现地域特色,有效地推动当地文旅和商业发展。文章注重解决规划地块文化氛围不足、传统建筑不能满足现代商业需求和建筑法规等现实问题,以漳州传统风貌要素的提炼和创新应用为切入点,在“闽南水乡”示范段项目中提出传统要素植入和风貌界面缝合的规划布局要点,以及古厝形制组合、体量尺度控制、灵活平面转化等六条建筑创新要点,以实现对传统风貌商业街区规划设计的探索。Commercial blocks with local traditional style can showcase regional characteristics and effectively promote the development of local culture,tourism,and commerce.The paper focuses on solving practical problems such as insufficient cultural atmosphere in planned land plots,traditional buildings not meeting modern commercial needs,and building regulations.Taking the extraction and innovative application of traditional style elements in Zhangzhou as the starting point,the paper proposes the planning and layout points of traditional element implantation and style interface stitching in the"Minnan Water Town"demonstration section project,as well as six innovative architectural points such as ancient house form combination,volume scale control,and flexible plane transformation,in order to explore the planning and design of traditional style commercial blocks.
