摘　　要：传统村落是人类文明的重要遗产,它们不仅是历史的见证,更是文化的传承。在传统村落的建造过程中,传统工艺发挥着重要作用,而传统建筑工匠则是传统村落得以保存至今的关键。然而,现在传统村落正逐渐面临传统建筑工艺传承人日渐稀少,传统建筑工艺日渐消逝的境地。文章运用案例说明黄山市传统建筑工匠在传统村落保护与利用工作中的关键作用,并分析当前黄山市传统建筑工匠的现状以及传统建筑工艺延续与发展方面仍面临的困境,并提出相应的解决策略,为传统村落的保护与发展提供借鉴与参考。Traditional villages are an important heritage of human civilization,not only are they a witness to history,but also a carrier of culture.In the construction of traditional villages,traditional crafts play an important role,and traditional construction craftsmen are the key to the preservation of traditional villages.However,traditional villages are gradually facing the situation where the number of inheritors of traditional construction crafts is decreasing,and traditional construction crafts are disappearing.This paper uses many cases to illustrate the key role of traditional construction craftsmen in the protection and utilization of traditional villages in Huangshan City,analyzes the current situation of traditional construction craftsmen and the difficulties faced in the continuation and development of traditional construction crafts,and puts forward corresponding solutions to provide reference and guidance for the protection and development of traditional villages.Key words:traditional construction craftsmen;protection of traditional villages;cultural inheritance;construction crafts.
