摘　　要：重点行业周边土壤污染已成为严峻的环境问题之一,但其系统动态变化监测仍处于初级阶段,相关设备和技术尚未实现有效产业化。为了全面了解我国场地污染监测设备技术的产业化形势,深入梳理土壤监测设备技术市场现状及当前产业化过程中存在的问题,结合上下游产业关系、国家政策和市场环境等多个因素的影响,利用层次分析法详细分析了场地污染监测设备与技术成果产业化的主要影响因素。在此基础上,针对制约场地监测成果产业化发展的突出问题,提出了可推广的产业化发展模式,包括政府驱动产业化模式、市场调节产业化模式及产学研用综合体模式。通过对产业、政策、金融和市场等方面的创新性结合,为监测设备与技术的产业化提供了多方位的支持。研究在促进我国环境场地污染监测设备和技术产业化升级方面提供了新思路和新方案。Soil pollution around major industry sites has become a serious environmental contamination problem,but the dynamic change monitoring of the system is still in its infancy,and the corresponding technology and equipment have not yet formed an effective industrialization.Given the technological industrialization situation of site pollution monitoring equipment in China,the current situation of the soil monitoring equipment and technology market and the existing problems in industrialization are sorted out.Combined with the industrial relations among the upper,middle and lower reaches,national policies,market environment and other factors,the main influencing factors of the industrialization of site pollution monitoring equipment and technical are analyzed using the analytic hierarchy method.Based on the results,the countermeasures are rasied by considering the problems that restricting the industrialization development of site monitoring,an industrialization development model was proposed and that can be applied to promotion.These models include the government-driven industrialization model,market regulation industrialization model and industry-university-research complex model.Through the innovative combination of industry,policy,finance and market,provided multi-faceted support for the industrialization of monitoring equipment and technology.This research provides new ideas and new solutions for promoting the industrialization and upgrading of environmental site pollution monitoring equipment and technology in China.
