摘　　要：介绍患者旅程的绘制方法,回顾患者旅程在乳腺癌领域的应用现状及作用,剖析患者旅程在实际应用中面临的挑战,旨在为改善乳腺癌患者预后及生活质量,更好地实现以患者为中心、以人为本的医疗服务提供思路。This review introduces the methods to map patient journey,summarizes the current practices and roles of patient journey mapping in breast cancer patients,and analyzes the challenges encountered in the practice,in an effort to provide insights into improving the outcomes and quality of life of breast cancer patients,and achieving patient-centered and people-oriented medical ser-vices.
