摘 要:伴随着新能源产业的不断发展,锂离子电池在电动汽车中的应用日益广泛,在此背景下,发展新能源,降低燃油车占比,对于国家现行的发展战略和减少石油等不可再生能源的使用具有非常重要的意义,而新能源电池的安全性问题急需解决。论文通过SolidWorks进行建模,在电池箱体中对电芯设计了三种不同的排布方式,构造出三种不同排布的电芯模组及对应的电池底板,即长方式、正方式、弹夹式。对模型进行简化后,再使用Ansys对三种电池底板分别进行仿真分析,判断其在冲击工况下受力情况,从而为电池箱体的设计提供建议。结果表明:长方式与正方式新能源汽车电池底板在较长一边施加力后,其内部电芯模组发生变形最为明显,弹夹式虽在长宽处表现较为优异但其边角和中部位置变形最为明显。由此可知,对电池底板的长宽以及对弹夹式箱体的厚度进行优化,能够使得新能源汽车安全性能提升。为电池箱体中的电芯排布以及设计在电动汽车上的应用提供参考。With the continuous development of the new energy industry,lithium-ion batteries are increasingly widely used in electric vehicles,in this context,the development of new energy,reduce the proportion of fuel vehicles,for the current national de⁃velopment strategy and reduce the use of non-renewable energy such as oil is of great significance,and the safety of new energy bat⁃teries urgently needs to be solved.In this paper,through the modeling of SolidWorks,three different arrangement methods are de⁃signed for the battery cells in the battery box,and three different arrangement of cell modules and corresponding battery bottom plates are constructed,namely long mode,positive mode and clip type.After simplifying the model,Ansys is used to simulate and analyze the three battery substrates to determine their stress under impact conditions,so as to provide suggestions for the design of the battery box.The results show that the deformation of the internal cell module of the battery base plate of the long-mode and posi⁃tive-mode new energy vehicles is the most obvious after the force is applied on the long side,and the clip type has the most obvious deformation in the corner and middle position although it performs better in the length and width.It can be seen that optimizing the length and width of the battery base plate and the thickness of the clip-on box can improve the safety performance of new energy ve⁃hicles.It provides a reference for the arrangement of cells in battery boxes and applications designed for electric vehicles.
