摘 要:弯张换能器是一种典型的低频大功率换能器,其中Ⅶ型弯张换能器因其特殊的凹形椭圆柱结构而具有较好的耐压性能,能够满足深水工作的需要。论文通过COMSOL进行仿真优化设计,得到了一种Ⅶ型弯张换能器,其尺寸大小为170 mm*100 mm*40 mm(长轴*短轴*高度),其水中谐振频率为1.7 kHz,最大发送电压响应为126 dB,具有小尺寸,低频,大功率发射的优点,换能器外壳材料采用钛合金时,其耐压可达6 Mpa。且换能器结构扁平,具有换能器阵列应用前景。换能器三元阵列总高度不超过200 mm,谐振频率为1.4 kHz,最大声源级预计可达190 dB。Flexural-tension transducer is a typical low-frequency high-power transducer,among which the flexural-tension transducer Type VII has good pressure resistance because of its special concave elliptic cylinder structure,which can meet the needs of deep water work.In this paper,through COMSOL simulation and optimization design,a type VII bending tension transduc⁃er is obtained.Its size is 170 mm*100 mm*40 mm(long axis*short axis*height),its resonant frequency in water is 1.7 kHz,and the maximum transmission voltage response is 126 dB.It has the advantages of small size,low frequency and high power emission.When the transducer shell material is titanium alloy,its pressure can be up to 6 Mpa.And the structure of transducer is flat,which has the prospect of transducer array application.The total height of the transducer triad array is not more than 200 mm,the resonant frequency is 1.4 kHz,and the maximum sound source level is expected to reach 190 dB.
