摘 要:为筛选适宜黄河三角洲地区种植的牧草品种,以耐盐性较强的甜高粱和苜蓿为试验材料,采用4种不同浓度(0、50、100、150 mmol/L)NaCl溶液处理,测定试验材料在种子萌发阶段的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对根长和相对芽长,分析不同牧草品种在种子萌发阶段的耐盐性,以期为当地耐盐优质牧草种植提供选材。结果表明:随着NaCl浓度的升高,甜高粱和苜蓿的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对根长和相对芽长全部呈递减趋势;但不同牧草品种的相对发芽势、相对发芽率、相对根长和相对芽长等指标对盐胁迫的响应存在差异。通过隶属函数分析,晋甜102号总得分为0.545,排名第1,在所有试验材料中耐盐性最好;公农3号总得分为0.361,是所选苜蓿品种中耐盐性最好的。In order to screen the excellent pasture cultivars for Yellow River Delta area,sweet sorghum and alfalfa from different sources were selected as test materials,and different concentrations(0,50mmol/L,100mmol/L,150mmol/L)of NaCl salt solution were used to stress the seeds during the germination stage.The relative germination rate,relative germination potential,relative root length and relative shoot length were determined,in order to analyze the salt-tolerance characteristics of the test materials at the seed germination stage.This study may provide basic support for the cultivation of salt-tolerant high quality forage.The results indicated that the relative germination potential,relative germination rate,relative root length and relative shoot length of sweet sorghum and alfalfa generally showed a decreasing trend with the increase of NaCl concentration.But,different herbage varieties have different responses to salt stress such as relative germination potential,relative germination rate,relative root length and relative bud length.The results of membership function analysis showed that Jintian 102 No.1 had the best salt tolerance.Total score of Jintian 102 is 0.545.The salt tolerance of Gongnong No.3 was the strongest of alfalfa.
