摘 要:目的:探讨与分析不同孕期妊娠期妇女甲状腺功能与铁蛋白的相关性。方法:选择2021年8月至2022年8月选择在石河子市妇幼保健院行产前常规检查的产妇272例作为研究对象,根据孕周不同分为孕早期组(≤12周末,90例)、孕中期组(13周末~27周末,82例)、孕晚期组(28周末~40周末,100例),检测所有产妇的血清甲状腺功能-三碘甲状腺原氨酸(triiodothyronine,T3)、促甲状腺激素(thyroid stimulating hormone,TSH)、甲状腺素(thyroxine,T4)、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸(free triiodothyronine,FT3)、游离甲状腺素(free thyroxine,FT4)、铁蛋白含量并进行相关性分析。结果:孕早期组、孕中期组的血清促甲状腺激素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量都低于孕晚期组(P<0.05),血清游离甲状腺素、甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量都高于孕晚期组(P<0.05),孕早期组与孕中期组对比无明显差异(P>0.05)。孕早期组、孕中期组的血清铁蛋白含量高于孕晚期组(P<0.05),孕早期组的血清铁蛋白含量高于孕中期组(P<0.05)。在272例产妇中,Pearson相关系数分析显示孕晚期妊娠期妇女的游离甲状腺素、甲状腺素、游离三碘甲状腺原氨酸与血清铁蛋白含量存在正相关性(P<0.05),血清促甲状腺激素、三碘甲状腺原氨酸含量与血清铁蛋白含量存在负相关性(P<0.05)。结论:不同孕期妊娠期妇女甲状腺功能存在差异,血清铁蛋白含量随着孕周的增加而降低,孕晚期妊娠期妇女的甲状腺功能与血清铁蛋白含量存在相关性。Objective:To explore and analyze the correlation between thyroid function and ferritin in pregnant women of different gestational periods.Methods:272 cases of pregnant women who underwent routine prenatal examinations at our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into early pregnancy group(≤12 weekends)(90 cases),mid pregnancy group(13 weekends~27 weekends)(82 cases),and late pregnancy group(28 weekends~40 weekends)(100 cases)based on different gestational weeks.The serum thyroid function-triiodothyronine(T3),thyroxine(T4),thyroid stimulating hormone(TSH),free triiodothyronine(FT3),free thyroxine(FT4)and ferritin were detected and performed correlation analysis.Results:The levels of serum thyrotropin and triiodothyronine in the early and mid pregnancy groups were lower than those in the late pregnancy group(P<0.05),while the levels of serum free thyroxine,thyroxine,and triiodothyronine were higher than those in the late pregnancy group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference between the early and mid pregnancy groups(P>0.05).The serum ferritin levels in the early and mid pregnancy groups were higher than those in the late pregnancy group(P<0.05),while the serum ferritin levels in the early pregnancy group were higher than those in the mid pregnancy group(P<0.05).Among 272 pregnant women,Pearson correlation coefficient analysis showed that there were positive correlation between free thyroxine,thyroxine,and triiodothyronine levels and ferritin levels in late pregnancy women(P<0.05),and there were negative correlation between free triiodothyronine,thyroid stimulating hormone levels and ferritin levels in late pregnancy women(P<0.05).Conclusion:There are differences in thyroid function among women during different gestational periods,and serum ferritin levels decrease with increasing gestational age.There is a correlation between thyroid function and serum ferritin levels in women during late pregnancy.
