Comparative Experiment on Frozen Semen Quality of Different Breeds of Bulls in High-altitude Areas

摘　　要：本试验在平均海拔4200 m的果洛地区,将野牦牛、大通牦牛、柴达木黄牛、荷斯坦和娟姗牛5个品种的种公牛细管冻精在39℃水浴解冻后,分别放置于26℃和36.5℃下,每隔2 h逐一进行精子活率检测,以精子活力变化程度评价精子的活力指数。结果表明,同品种的牛细管冻精经同一条件解冻后被分别置于26℃与36.5℃条件下保存时,2 h内精子活率差异不显著(P>0.05);而4 h后在26℃条件下存放的精子活率明显高于36.5℃的,差异显著(P<0.05)。在26℃条件下存放的5个品种牛精子活率随时间的延长均逐渐下降,6 h内大通牦牛和野牦牛的精子活率变化值差略低于柴达木牛、极显著低于荷斯坦牛及娟珊牛(P<0.01)。在同一时间内不同品种精子活率变化值由低到高为:野牦牛>大通牦牛>柴达木黄牛>荷斯坦>娟姗牛。This experiment was conducted in the Guoluo area with an average altitude of 4200 meters.Five breeds of male cattle,including wild yak,Datong yak,Chaidamu yellow cattle,Holstein,and Juanshan cattle,were subjected to frozen semen in thin tubes after thawing in a 39℃water bath.The semen was then placed at temperatures of 26℃and 36.5℃,and sperm viability was measured every 2 hours,the vitality index of sperm was evaluated based on the degree of change in sperm vitality.The results showed that the frozen sperm of the same breed of cattle were thawed under the same conditions and stored at 26℃and 36.5℃,and there was no significant difference in sperm vitality rate within 2 hours(P>0.05).However,after 4 hours,the sperm vitality rate stored at 26℃was significantly higher than that stored at 36.5℃,and the difference was significant(P<0.05).At 26℃storage,the sperm viability of 5 breeds of cattle gradually decreased with the prolongation of time.Within 6 hours,the difference in sperm viability between Datong yak and wild yak was slightly lower than that of Chaidamu cattle,and significantly lower than that of Holstein cattle and Juanshan cattle(P<0.01).The experiment showed that the changes in sperm viability of different breeds from low to high at the same time were:wild yak>Datong yak>Chaidamu yellow cattle>Holstein>Juanshan cattle.
