摘　　要：周围血管疾病严重影响人群生存质量,较为成熟的传统支架技术仍有一定缺陷,而可降解血管支架的出现带来新的希望。可降解血管支架材料特性各异,各有优缺点,且开发进度各不相同。本文分析了可降解血管支架的特性、现状和挑战,以期待未来在多方面开展深入研究,并更好地应用于周围血管疾病治疗。Peripheral vascular diseases seriously affect the quality of life.The relatively mature technology of traditional stents still has some defects,while the emergence of biodegradable stents using various materials with different characteristics,advantages and disadvantages,and development progresses brings new opportunities.In this paper,the characteristics,current status,and challenges of biodegradable stents were analyzed in order to conduct indepth research in multiple aspects in the future and better apply them in the treatment of peripheral vascular diseases.
