摘 要:为促进还原剂石墨颗粒在熔融转炉渣中的均匀分散,采用数值模拟方法,基于计算流体力学-离散相模型(CFD-DPM),模拟了熔渣、石墨颗粒及氩气组成的多相体系,研究了底吹转炉内石墨颗粒的运动和分散特征;同时,利用颗粒分散指数对石墨颗粒在熔渣中的分散均匀性进行了定量评价;此外,还探究了初始直径和底吹元件数量对石墨颗粒分散特性的影响.结果表明:大尺寸石墨颗粒主要集中于非活跃流动区;颗粒运动轨迹可分为两种类型;初始直径为5 mm和布置6个底吹元件的转炉更有利于石墨颗粒的均匀分散.In order to improve the uniform dispersion of reducing agent graphite particles in molten basic oxygen furnace slag,based on the computational fluid dynamic-discrete particle model(CFD-DPM),the numerical simulation method has been employed to simulate the multiphase system composed of molten slag,graphite particle and argon gas,and the motion and dispersion characteristics of graphite particles in a bottom-blown converter have been mainly investigated.Meanwhile,a particle dispersion index has been proposed to quantitatively evaluate the distribution uniformity of graphite particles in the molten slag.In addition,the effects of initial particle diameter and bottom-blown tuyere number on the dispersion characteristics of graphite particles have been discussed.The results show that large-sized graphite particles are mainly concentrated in the inactive flow zone.And the motion trajectory of graphite particles can be divided into two types.The converter with an initial diameter of 5 mm and the converter with 6 bottom-blown tuyeres are more conducive to the homo-dispersion of graphite particles.
