摘 要:研制一种高温流动性好、结构强度高、生产工艺简单的新型大面修补料.将烧结镁砂和电熔镁砂经适当的组分配比,并引入硅微粉和活性α-Al_(2)O_(3)微粉作为复合结合剂,羧甲基纤维素钠作为分散剂,木质素磺酸钠作为减水剂,制备转炉修补专用原料.1 100℃和1 500℃高温煅烧后,分析了复合镁砂种类配比对转炉大面修补料的体积密度、显气孔率、吸水率、耐压和抗折等性能的影响.结果表明:当粒径为5~1 mm的98%电熔镁砂占比35%,与粒径为1~0.5 mm的95%烧结镁砂占比18%混合时,经1 500℃煅烧,试样形貌较为致密,且均匀分布细小空隙,并获得最佳综合性能;此时,试样体积密度为2.8 g/cm^(3),显气孔率为16.3%,吸水率为5.8%,重烧线变化率为-0.32%,抗折强度为7.5 MPa,耐压强度为19.7 MPa.A new type of large-surface repair material with good high-temperature fluidity,high structural strength and simple production process was developed.Sintered magnesia and fused magnesia were properly proportioned,and silicon micro-powder and activeα-Al_(2)O_(3) micro-powder were introduced as composite binders,sodium carboxymethyl cellulose as a dispersant,and sodium lignosulfonate as a water reducer to prepare special raw materials for converter repair.After high-temperature calcination at 1100℃and 1500℃,the influence of different magnesia types and proportions on the bulk density,apparent porosity,water absorption,pressure resistance,and flexural strength of the converter large-area repair material was analyzed.The results show that when 98%fused magnesia with a particle size of 5~1 mm accounts for 35%and 95%sintered magnesia with a particle size of 1~0.5 mm accounts for 18%,the sample morphology is relatively dense and fine voids are evenly distributed after sintering at 1500℃,and the best comprehensive properties are obtained.At this time,the bulk density of the sample reaches 2.8 g/cm^(3),the apparent porosity is 16.3%,the water absorption is 5.8%,the linear change rate of reheating is-0.32%,the flexural strength is 7.5 MPa,and the compressive strength is 19.7 MPa.
