摘  要:除有限元外,传统轮轨滚动接触理论计算模型均基于材料均匀假设,为研究材料性能在非均匀条件下的轮轨接触问题,提出一种计算效率高于有限元的二维轮轨滚动接触理论模型。通过接触力学理论和分层模型,结合Fourier变换技术,得到存在非均匀层的钢轨在法向作用力下的位移基本解;通过积分和叠加原理,得到钢轨表面存在非均匀层条件下的轮轨接触力;以存在脱碳层的钢轨为例,分析钢轨脱碳层对轮轨接触力的影响。结果表明:随着钢轨表面残留脱碳层厚度的增加,接触斑尺寸增大,轮轨法向和切向接触力降低。计算结果与Carter理论、有限元结果进行对比,验证本模型的有效性,为存在非均匀层条件下的轮轨接触提供一种除有限元方法外的高效率的数值算法。Traditional wheel-rail rolling contact theory calculation models are based on the assumption of the uniformity of material properties except the finite element method.To study wheel-rail rolling contact problem under non-uniformity of material properties,a two-dimensional wheel-rail rolling contact model with higher computational efficiency than finite element method was proposed.Firstly,the displacement fundamental solution of rails with non-uniformity of material properties under normal loads was obtained using contact mechanics theory,hierarchical model and Fourier integral transform technique.Secondly,the wheel-rail contact forces were calculated by using integral and superposition principle.With the rail with decarbonized layer as an example,the influence of rail decarburized layer on the wheel-rail contact force was studied.The results show that the wheel-rail contact increases and the the normal and tangential wheel-rail contact forces decrease with the increase of the thickness of the residual non-uniform decarburized layer on the rail surface.The model proposed in this paper was verified by comparing the results with those calculated using Carter theory and finite element method,providing an efficient numerical algorithm besides the finite element method for the wheel-rail contact analysis under non-uniformity of material properties.
