摘 要:静止无功补偿器在实时动态补偿无功功率方面具有调节速度快,可靠性高,安全性高等特点,已经广泛应用在电网的无功功率平衡系统中,能够提高电网电能质量,保障电网电压稳定性,能够提高电网传输容量、传输效率以及传输可靠性。静止无功补偿器的核心之一为其主电路变换器的拓扑结构,介绍了以二极管钳位式的多电平变换器构成的静止无功补偿器的拓扑与其调制策略,介绍了该拓扑的工作原理,输出波形。该拓扑具有结构简单,便于接连,易于实现,但是其电平数不宜过多。然后本文还介绍了适用于该拓扑的PWM调制技术。最后,在仿真软件中搭建了仿真模型,反正结果表明:该拓扑能够实现动态实时补偿无功功率,提升电能质量。Static reactive compensator has the characteristics of fast adjustment speed,high reliability and high safety in real-time dynamic reactive power compensation.It has been widely used in the reactive power balance system of the power grid.It can improve the power quality of the power grid,ensure the voltage stability of the power grid,and improve the transmission capacity,transmission efficiency and transmission reliability of the power grid.One of the core of the static reactive compensator is the topology structure of its main circuit converter.This paper introduces the topology and modulation strategy of the static reactive compensator composed of diode clamp multilevel converter,introduces the working principle of the topology,and the output waveform.The topology has the advantages of simple structure,easy connection and easy implementation,but its level number is not too much.Then this paper also introduces PWM modulation technology suitable for this topology.Finally,a simulation model is built in the simulation software.The results show that the topology can realize dynamic real-time reactive power compensation and improve power quality.
