摘　　要：从农村配网更换大档距配电线路针式绝缘子作业中的安全隐患和效率问题出发,设计一款利用杠杆原理自动托举的起线器。其主要由底座、支柱、拖线盘和杠杆组成,通过动力机构旋紧螺母托起导线,利用U型托盘和U型卡槽可靠卡紧,降低了人工托举难度和脱落事故,为配电线路运维检修提供了可靠保障。The study starts from Safe hidden trouble and efficeny problems of the pin insulator field of changing big retainer distribution lines of rural power distribution network,design a lifting line device to use level principle to lift automatieally,which is mainly made up of base,support,lowing line disk and level.By an actuating unit to screw nuts to lift the conducting wires.use U pallet and U blocking grooves locked,which reduces manual lift difficulty and pull-off accident.It provides reliable guarantee for distributed line service.
