淠河霍邱段河道砂基堤防综合治理技术研究

摘  要:综合治理技术需要长期的维护和管理工作,才能保持其治理效果的稳定性和持久性。然而,由于种种原因,维护和管理工作可能出现疏漏或不及时的情况,导致治理效果不如预期。为了提高河道砂基堤防的稳固性与安全性,优化堤防治理效果,文章以淠河霍邱段河道为例,开展了淠河霍邱段河道砂基堤防综合治理技术的全面研究。首先布置护岸整治线,结合河势与整治线设计砂基堤防护岸;其次采用柔性护坡形式设计砂基堤防护坡。在此基础上,在砂基堤防背水侧进行堤防填塘固基,实现堤防固基的综合治理目标。结果表明,提出的堤防综合治理技术应用后,河道砂基堤防的渗透压均达到了93%以上,堤防的稳固性与安全性得到了显著提升,综合治理效果优势显著。Comprehensive treatment technology needs long-term maintenance and management to maintain the stability and durability of its governance effect.However,due to various reasons,the maintenance and management work may be negligent or untimely,resulting in the governance effect is not as expected.In order to improve the stability and safety of sand-base dike and optimize the treatment effect of dike,a comprehensive study on the comprehensive treatment technology of sand-base dike in Pi River Huoqiu section is carried out in this paper.Firstly,the bank protection line is arranged,and the sand base embankment protection is designed according to the river regime and the regulation line.Secondly,flexible slope protection is used to design sand base embankment protection.On this basis,the drainage system is set up in the sand base dikes,and the layer by layer is filled according to the horizontal layer,and the sand base dikes in the river are filled and the foundation is fixed,and the comprehensive treatment goal of the embankment is realized.The results show that after the application of the proposed comprehensive treatment technology,the osmotic pressure of the sandbased dikes in the river channel reaches more than 93%,the stability and safety of the dikes are significantly improved,and the comprehensive treatment effect has significant advantages.
