高校“海归”人才基层党建工作研究

摘　　要：作为高层次人才中的重要组成部分,海外归国人才在助力高校实现内涵式发展中发挥着关键驱动作用。通过分析高校关于“海归”人才基层党建工作现状,立足新时代高校发展人才需求,探究新形势下做好“海归”人才基层党建工作的思路举措,从党管人才、思想引领、平台建设、人文关怀等提出意见建议,为提升党建引领“海归”人才队伍建设、作用发挥提供参考和借鉴。As an integral component of high-level talent,overseas returnees play a pivotal role in facilitating the comprehensive and sustainable development of colleges and universities.This paper examines the current state of party building among"returnee"talents in colleges and universities.It is based on the grassroots party building objectives set by colleges and universities,aligned with the demands for talent development in the new era,and explores innovative strategies to effectively carry out grassroots party building for"returnee"talents under present circumstances.Suggestions are proposed regarding party management for talents,ideological guidance,platform construction,humanistic care,etc.aiming to provide valuable insights for enhancing both the construction and impact of Party-led"returnee"talents teams.
