摘 要:本研究使用全自动固相萃取技术和液相色谱串联质谱技术,建立了环境水体中17种全氟化合物的检测方法。方法中全自动固相萃取设备较传统手动萃取可以更精准控制流速、同时能实现自动化喷淋,可有效解决长链全氟化合物黏附瓶壁和管路的问题。本方法的检出限为0.0001~0.0003μg/L,定量限为0.0005~0.001μg/L。加标0.002μg/L的回收率范围是81.2%~118.9%,相对标准偏差(RSD)在2.9%~12.2%之间;加标0.01μg/L回收率为75.8%~116.6%,RSD在3.4%~13.7%之间。对长沙市6个污水处理厂的出口废水进行检测,除全氟己烷磺酸(PFHxS)和全氟癸酸(PFDA)外,其余15种全氟化合物均有检出,含量最高的为全氟戊酸(PFPeA),检出含量范围在0.0102~0.0204μg/L。本方法可操作程度高,适用于环境水体中全氟化合物的检测。In this study,automatic solid phase extraction and liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry were used to determine 17 kinds of perfluorinated compounds in environmental water.The automatic solid phase extraction equipment can control the flow rate more accurately than the traditional manual extraction and can realize automatic spray,which can effectively solve the problem of long-chain perfluorinated compounds adhering to bottle walls and pipelines.The detection limit in this method was 0.0001-0.0003μg/L,and the limit of quantitation was 0.0005-0.001μg/L.The recoveries at spiking level of 0.002μg/L were 81.2%-118.9%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.9%-12.2%.The recoveries at spiking level of 0.01μg/L were 75.8%-116.6%,and the RSD was 3.4%-13.7%.With the exception of perfluorohexane sulfonate(PFHxS)and perfluorodecanoic acid(PFDA),the remaining 15 perfluorinated compounds were detected in the export wastewater of 6 sewage treatment plants in Changsha City,and the highest content was perfluoropentanoic acid(PFPeA),which was detected in the range of 0.0102-0.0204μg/L.This method has high operability and is suitable for the detection of perfluorinated compounds in environmental water.
