摘　　要：目的掌握目前四川省饮茶型地氟病病区砖茶含氟量现况,为四川省饮茶型地氟病防治提供科学依据。方法于2022年采用分层抽样调查对四川省部分砖茶生产企业、砖茶批发、零售商店采集砖茶样品测定砖茶含氟量;采用系统抽样对30个饮茶型地氟病病区县常住居民户调查家庭砖茶饮用情况。采用SPSS 20.0软件进行数据统计分析,计数资料用百分比表示。结果四川省砖茶生产企业砖茶含氟量范围在121.40~276.80 mg/kg,均值为211.91 mg/kg。饮茶型地氟病病区县(市)和成都市郫都区主要的砖茶批发/零售商店砖茶含氟量范围在100.60~1113.40 mg/kg,均值为413.31 mg/kg。饮茶型地氟病病区家庭饮用砖茶户占比96.98%,砖茶含氟量范围在80.90~1714.70 mg/kg,均值586.26 mg/kg,合格率18.82%;常住人口年人均砖茶消耗量为1002.36 g,常住人口人日均砖茶氟摄入量为2.37 mg。结论四川省饮茶型地氟病病区砖茶饮用率高,砖茶含氟量高。Objective To master the current status of fluoride content in brick tea from tea-drinking endemic fluorosis areas in Sichuan Province,and to provide scientific basis for the prevention and control of tea-drinking endemic fluorosis in Sichuan Province.Methods In 2022,a stratified sampling survey was conducted to measure the fluoride content of brick tea samples collected from some brick tea production enterprises,wholesale and retail stores in Sichuan Province.Systematic sampling was used to investigate the drinking situation of household brick tea among the permanent residents in 30 tea-drinking fluoride disease districts and counties.SPSS 20.0 software was used for statistical analysis of the data,and the count data were expressed as percentages.Results The fluoride content of brick tea produced by brick tea enterprises in Sichuan Province ranged from 121.40 to 276.80 mg/kg,with an average of 211.91 mg/kg.The fluoride content of brick tea in major wholesale/retail stores in tea-drinking endemic fluorosis districts/counties/cities and Pidu District of Chengdu City ranged from 100.60 to 1113.40 mg/kg,with an average of 413.31 mg/kg.The proportion of households drinking brick tea in tea-drinking endemic fluorosis areas was 96.98%.The fluoride content in brick tea ranged from 80.9 to 1714.7 mg/kg,with an average of 586.26 mg/kg and a pass rate of 18.82%.The annual per capita consumption of brick tea by the permanent population was 1002.36 g,and the daily per capita fluoride intake of brick tea by the permanent population was 2.37 mg.Conclusions The drinking rate of brick tea was high and the fluoride content in brick tea was also high in tea-drinking endemic fluorosis areas of Sichuan Province.
