摘　　要：目的分析2019—2023年江西省彭泽县肺结核流行病学特征,为当地做好肺结核防控工作提供科学依据。方法从中国疾病预防控制信息系统中导出2019—2023年彭泽县肺结核病例报告数据和地区人口数据,计算年均报告发病率,运用Excel 2010和SPSS 22.0软件对数据进行统计分析,计数资料用[n(%)]表示,率的比较采用χ^(2)检验,检验水准α=0.05。结果2019—2023年彭泽县累计报告肺结核1000例,病原学阳性占56.9%,每年报告发病率依次为69.81/10万、62.22/10万、75.85/10万、54.89/10万和53.03/10万,年均报告发病率为63.50/10万,2019—2023年彭泽县肺结核报告发病率呈下降趋势(χ^(2)趋势=7.648,P=0.006)。2019—2023年每月均有病例报告,高峰在3至5月。各乡镇均有病例报告,报告最多的是龙城镇(17.00%)。男性、女性年均报告发病率分别为90.29/10万和35.55/10万,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=196.493,P<0.001)。65岁组报告发病人数最多,占14.00%,发病人群以农民为主。结论2019—2023年江西省彭泽县肺结核报告发病率呈下降趋势,防控效果显著,应重点关注老年人、农民、学生、医务人员等重点人群,提高主动筛查的范围和质量。Objectect To analyze the characteristics of lung tuberculosis epidemic in Pengze County of Jiangxi province from 2019 to 2023,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of tuberculosis.Methods The data of pulmonary tuberculosis cases in Pengze County from 2019 to 2023 and regional population data were collected from the tuberculosis management information system of the Chinese Disease Prevention and Control Information System.The incidence of average annual report was calculated,and Excel 2010 and SPSS 22.0 software were used to conduct statistical analysis.The counting data was showed as[n(%)]andχ^(2) tests were used to test the to test the differences.The test level wasα=0.05.Results From 2019 to 2023,a total of 1000 cases of tuberculosis were reported in Pengze County,and etiology positive was accounted for 56.9%.The annual reporting incidence rate was 69.81/105、62.22/105、75.85/105、54.89/105、53.03/105.The average annual reporting incidence rate was 63.50/105.From 2019 to 2023,the incidence of tuberculosis reported in Pengze County was declining(χ^(2) trend=7.648,P=0.006).There were cases reported every month from 2019 to 2023,and the peak was from March to May.All towns had cases reported,and the most reported was Longcheng town(17.00%).The annual reported incidence for men and women were 90.29/105 and 35.55/105,respectively,with the difference statistically significant(χ^(2)=196.493,P<0.001).The 65 years old group had reported the highest number of cases,accounting for 14.00%,and the patients were mainly farmers.Conciusions From 2019 to 2023,the incidence of tuberculosis reports in Pengze County of Jiangxi Province wes declining,indicated significant effect of prevention and control.It should focus on key groups such as elderly people,farmers,students and medical staff to improve the scope and quality of active screening.
