摘 要:目的了解重庆市江北区游泳池水卫生状况,为卫生监督管理和改善游泳池水水质提供科学依据。方法对2020—2023年重庆市江北区所有对外开放的游泳池水进行现场采样,依据《公共场所卫生指标及限值要求》(GB 37488-2019)开展游离性余氯、菌落总数、大肠菌群的检测和评价,用合格率对各指标进行描述性分析,率的比较用χ^(2)检验,检验水准为α=0.05。使用SPSS 22.0软件进行统计分析。结果2020—2023年重庆市江北区共采集检测游泳池水561份,总合格率49.38%,其中大肠菌群的合格率最高(98.93%),其次为菌落总数(91.27%),游离性余氯的合格率最低(54.19%);室内游泳池的合格率(52.82%)高于室外游泳池(41.52%),合格率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.072,P=0.014);不同浓度游离性余氯,微生物指标合格率不同,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=73.285,P<0.001)。结论2020—2023年重庆市江北区游泳池水合格率偏低,应重点关注游离性余氯,做好宣传普及,对经营管理者进行有效培训,确保游泳池水卫生状况,保障生命健康。Objective To understand the sanitary status of swimming pool in Jiangbei district of Chongqing,and to provide scientific basis for sanitary supervision and management and improvement of swimming pool water quality.Methods On-site sampling of all publicly accessible swimming pool waters in Jiangbei District of Chongqing from 2020 to 2023 was carried out,and free residual chlorine,total bacterial colonies and coliform groups were detected and evaluated according to the“Health Indicators and Limit Requirements for Public Places”(GB 37488-2019).The qualification rate was used for descriptive analysis of each index,and the rates were compared by Chi-square test.The test level wasα=0.05.SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.Results A total of 561 samples of swimming pool water were collected and tested from 2020 to 2023 in Jiangbei District of Chongqing,with a total qualified rate of 49.38%.The qualified rate of coliform group was the highest(98.93%),followed by the total number of colonies(91.27%),and the qualified rate of free residual chlorine was the lowest(54.19%).The qualified rate of indoor swimming pool(52.82%)was higher than that of outdoor swimming pool(41.52%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.072,P=0.014).The qualified rate of microbial index was different with different concentration of free residual chlorine,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=73.285,P<0.001).Conclusions Due to the low qualification rate of swimming pool water in Jiangbei district of Chongqing from 2020 to 2023,we should focus on free residual chlorine,do a good job in publicity and popularization,and carry out effective training for operators and managers to ensure the sanitary condition of swimming pool water and safeguard life and health.
