摘  要:为提高纱线传感器的导电及传感性能,采用不同细度的纱线在不同预伸长下进行聚合,研究纱线结构和制备工艺的影响,测试了聚合前后纱线的细度、电阻、SEM照片及传感灵敏度、稳定性和重复性。结果表明:在预伸长50%的氨纶长丝上聚合可形成具有褶皱结构的聚吡咯,有利于降低电阻,灵敏度在预伸长为10%时最高;拉伸过程中电阻变化主要来源于氨纶长丝电阻的增加;预伸长为10%的70s/40 D棉/氨纶纱线的灵敏度最高,为0.225;在100次反复拉伸后,电阻相对稳定;纱线对手指弯曲运动具有很好的灵敏度、响应性和传感稳定性。有望将其应用于人体运动健康监测的智能服装中。In order to improve the conductivity and sensing performance of yarn sensors,yarns with different fineness are polymerized under different pre-extension to study the effects of the structure and preparation process of the yarn,and the fineness,resistance,SEM photos and sensing sensitivity,stability and repeatability of the yarn before and after polymerization are tested.The results show that polymerization on spandex filament with a pre elongation of 50% can form polypyrrole with a wrinkled structure,which is beneficial for reducing resistance,but the sensitivity is highest when the pre elongation is 10%;The change of resistance during stretching mainly comes from the increase in resistance of spandex filament;The sensitivity of 70 s/40 D cotton/spandex yarn with a pre elongation of 10% is the highest,at 0.225;After 100 repeated stretches,the resistance remains relatively stable;Yarn has good sensitivity,responsiveness and sensing stability for finger bending motion.It is expected to be applied to intelligent clothing for human sports health monitoring.
