摘  要:亲水柔软剂的加入量和定型温度对黑色锦/氨经编织物亲水柔软整理后的耐汗渍色牢度影响较大,且原工艺条件下耐汗渍色牢度、手感、内在指标无法平衡,达不到服用要求。结合生产实际提出优化工艺:锦/氨经编织物先溢流退浆松弛,然后在温度190℃下高温预定型,酸性染料溢流染色、固色,在温度170℃下亲水整理。优化后,织物耐汗渍色牢度达到3~4级,手感柔软,内在质量指标达标。The amount of hydrophilic softener and the setting temperature have a significant impact on the color fastness to perspiration of black nylon/spandex warp knitted fabric after hydrophilic softening treatment.Moreover,under the original process conditions,the color fastness to perspiration,handle feeling,and internal indicators cannot be balanced,which cannot meet the wearing requirements.Based on production practice,an optimization process for nylon/spandex warp kntted fabric is:overflow desizing and relaxing firstly,pre-setting at 190℃,overflow dyeing with acid dyes and fixing,and then hydrophilic softenning at 170.After optimization,the color fastness to perspiration can reach 3~4 levels,with a soft handle and qualified internal indicators.
