基于剪纸艺术的机织面料设计

摘　　要：基于剪纸艺术设计了4款机织面料,并试织了织物小样。采用28 tex涤/棉65/35混纺Z捻色纱,经纱捻度为68捻/10 cm,纬纱捻度为60捻/10 cm。基于剪纸图案中的典型元素“方胜纹”,采用平纹地经起花组织对图案进行创新,设计了“方胜相连”和“繁花似锦”两款产品。所织小样图案丰富,颜色醒目,质地紧密厚实。根据剪纸技艺的镂空性特点,采用透孔组织设计了“菱形密密”和“布布相透”两款产品,面料小样柔软轻薄。4款产品均触感舒适,具有较强的装饰性、艺术性和实用性。Based on the art of paper-cutting art,four types of woven fabrics are designed and fabric samples are trial-produced,using a 28 tex polyester/cotton 65/35 blend Z-twist yarn with a warp twist of 68 twists/10 cm and a weft twist of 60 twists/10 cm.Based on the typical element of the paper-cut pattern"Fangsheng",the pattern is innovatively designed by the plain weave through the flowering organization,and two products of"Connecting"and"Blossoming"are designed.The woven sample has rich patterns,eye-catching colors,and a tight and thick texture.According to the hollow characteristics of paper-cutting technology,two products of"Diamond"and"Cross"are designed with a open work weave,and the fabric sample is soft and light.The all 4 products have a comfortable touch,strong decoration,artistry and practical qualities.
