摘　　要：为满足市场对有色纸纱的需求,采用涂料为着色剂,选用聚乙烯醇(PVA)和聚丙烯酸酯作为涂料黏合剂,借助单纱上浆设备进行纸纱染色,重点探讨黏合剂对染色纸纱表观色深及色牢度的影响。结果表明:两种黏合剂配制的涂料色浆染得的有色纸纱表面颜色均匀;随着色浆中涂料用量的增加,所染制的有色纸纱的表观色深(K/S值)逐渐增大;在相同的涂料浓度下,聚丙烯酸酯作为涂料黏合剂染制的有色纸纱K/S值高于PVA黏合剂;聚丙烯酸酯作为黏合剂制备的有色纸纱的干摩擦色牢度基本在4~5级,且效果明显优于PVA黏合剂;两种黏合剂色浆所染纸纱的湿摩擦色牢度与皂洗色牢度均较低。In order to meet the market demand for colored paper yarn,colored paint is used as colorant,polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)and polyacrylate are used as adhesive,and the paper yarn is dyed with the aid of single yarn sizing equipment.The effect of adhesive on the apparent color depth and color fastness of dyed paper yarn is discussed.The results show that the surface color of the colored paper yarn dyed with the pigment paste prepared with two adhesives is uniform.The apparent K/S value of the dyed paper yarn increases gradually with the increase of the amount of paint in the color paste.Under the same coating dosage condition,the apparent color yield of colored paper yarn dyed with polyacrylate as coating binder is higher than that of PVA adhesive.The dry friction fastness of colored paper yarn prepared with polyacrylate as adhesive is basically 4~5,which is obviously better than that of PVA adhesive.The wet rubbing fastness and soaping fastness of the paper yarn dyed with the two adhesive coating pastes are low.
