摘  要:针对疏水抗菌织物制备工艺复杂、织物舒适性差和性能不稳定的问题,以水作为分散介质,聚二甲基硅氧烷(PDMS)作为低表面能单体,有机硅季铵盐(QAS)作为抗菌剂,经简单的等离子体表面活化-浸渍-等离子体诱导交联(PDP)工艺制成耐久性良好的疏水抗菌涤纶(PDMS/QAS@PET)织物。结果显示:当分散液中PDMS和QAS质量浓度分别为5 g/L和2500 mg/kg时,PDMS/QAS@PET织物的疏水性和抑菌稳定性最优,静态水接触角为158°,其对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率均达到99.99%;且经50次水洗后静态水接触角仍高于145°,其对大肠埃希菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌率仍大于80%。In order to solve the problems of complex preparation process,poor comfort and unstable performance of waterproof and antibacterial fabrics,water is used as dispersion medium,polydimethylsiloxane(PDMS)as low surface energy monomer,and silicone quaternary ammonium salt(QAS)as antibacterial agent,and then hydrophobic antibacterial polyester fabric(PDMS/QAS@PET)with good durability is prepared by a simple plasma surface activation-impregnation-plasma induced crosslinking(PDP)process.The results show that when the concentrations of PDMS and QAS in the dispersion solution are 5 g/L and 2500 mg/kg,respectively,the hydrophobicity and bacteriostatic stability of PDMS/QAS@PET fabric are the best.The static water contact Angle(WCA)is 158°,and the bacteriostatic rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus can reach 99.99%.After 50 washing cycles,WCA is stil higher than 145°,and the antibacterial rate against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus is still higher than 80%.
