基于对冲规则的西津梯级水电站汛期弃水控制

摘  要:在汛期,水电站在来水和水电站调节性能的影响下往往产生大量弃水,进而影响了水电站后期综合效益的发挥。为减少弃水并增加蓄水效益,以广西郁江流域西津梯级水电站群为例,基于已有研究,提出了3种时变参数弃水对冲规则,同时考虑弃水和发电构建了西津梯级水电站群多目标优化调度模型以求解各时段对冲规则中的参数,并针对西津梯级水电站群在丰水年、平水年、枯水年的弃水规则进行分析,获得了汛期同时考虑弃水和发电的最优规则。结果表明:对冲规则1在丰水年、平水年、枯水年对增大梯级水电站发电量、减少梯级水电站弃水量方面效果较好,而对冲规则2效果均最差,对冲规则3效果居于两者之间,因此应选择对冲规则1作为西津梯级水电站汛期弃水控制规则,以更好地兼顾发电效益和减少弃水,实现兴利效益的最大化。Hydropower stations often create a lot of abandoned water due to the influence of inflow and regulation of hydropower stations during flood season,which reduces the comprehensive benefit of hydropower stations in the later stage.In order to reduce water abandonment and increase the benefit of water storage,taking Xijin cascade hydropower stations in Yujiang River basin of Guangxi Province as an example,this paper proposes three types of time-varying parameter water abandonment hedging rules on the basis of previous researches.At the same time,a multi-objective optimal operation model that takes both water abandonment and power generation into account is constructed to solve the hedging rule parameters in each period.The rules of water abandonment in Xijin cascade hydropower stations in rainy,normal and dry years are analyzed,and the optimal rules of water abandonment and power generation during flood season are obtained.The results show that hedging rule 1 has a good effect on increasing the generation capacity of cascade power stations and reducing water abandonment of cascade hydropower stations in rainy,normal and dry years,whereas hedging rule 2 has the worst effect,and hedging rule 3 has the intermediate effect.Therefore,hedging rule 1 should be chosen as Xijin cascade hydropower station water abandonment control rule in flood season to better balance the power generation benefit and reduce water abandonment,so as to maximize the benefit.
