摘 要:考虑聚乙烯醇(polyvinyl alcohol,PVA)纤维和多壁碳纳米管(multi-walled carbon nanotubes,MWCNTs)的影响,制备了9组轻质高延性地聚合物混凝土(lightweight engineered geopolymer composite,LW-EGC)试件,通过单轴拉伸试验研究了LW-EGC试件的破坏形态,分析了PVA和MWCNTs对LW-EGC受拉应力-应变曲线、极限应变和应力的影响。结果表明:所有试件均出现了多缝开裂的应变硬化行为;LW-EGC的单轴拉伸受力可分为线弹性阶段、应变硬化阶段和失效阶段;PVA、MWCNTs掺量为2.0%、0.15%时,LW-EGC的极限应变、极限应力分别为7.05%、2.41 MPa。在试验研究的基础上,建立了单轴拉应力下LW-EGC的应力-应变本构关系模型,模型预测值与试验值吻合较好。Considering the influences of polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)fibers and multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs),nine sets of lightweight engineered geopolymer composite(LW-EGC)concrete specimens were prepared.The failure modes of LW-EGC were studied by uniaxial tensile test,and the effects of PVA and MWCNTs on the tensile stress-strain curve,ultimate tensile strain and stress of LW-EGC were analyzed.The results show that all specimens exhibit strain hardening behavior with multiple cracks.The uniaxial tensile force of LW-EGC can be divided into linear elastic stage,strain hardening stage,and failure stage.When the content of PVA and MWCNTs was 2.0%and 0.15%,the ultimate tensile strain and stress of LW-EGC were 7.05%and 2.41 MPa,respectively.Based on the experimental study,the stress-strain constitutive model of LW-EGC under uniaxial tensile stress is established,and the predicted values of the model are in good agreement with the experimental values.
