摘 要:针对传统出厂电源测试精度低、负载类型单一、能量损耗大的问题,研究了一种由单相脉冲宽度调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)整流器和软开关移相全桥变换器级联组成的直流能馈型交流电子负载装置。针对前级采用的模型预测控制(model predictive control,MPC)算法存在的静态误差的问题,设计了基于内膜原理的电流补偿环节对其给定电流值进行修正,从而实现电流无静差跟踪;后级采用带陷波滤波器的母线电压外环并网电流内环的双闭环PI(proportional-integral)控制策略,抑制直流母线二次谐波对并网电流的影响。搭建直流能馈型交流电子负载仿真模型和实验平台,结果表明,所提改进MPC算法能改善前级单元输入电流的静态跟踪性能,陷波滤波器可以有效提高后级单元并网电流质量。A direct current(DC)energy-feedback alternating current(AC)electronic load device consisting of a single-phase PWM rectifier and a soft-switching phase-shifting full-bridge converter cascade is studied for the problems of low accuracy,single load type and large energy loss of traditional factory power supply test.In view of the static error of the model predictive control(MPC)algorithm used in the front stage,a current compensation link based on the intima principle is designed to correct the given current value,so as to realize the current tracking without static error.The double closed-loop PI(proportional-integral)control strategy with trap filter for the external loop of bus voltage and the internal loop of grid-connected current is adopted in the back stage to suppress the influence of the second harmonics of the DC bus on the grid-connected current.The simulation model and experimental platform of DC energy-feedback AC electronic load are established,and the results show that the improved MPC algorithm can improve the static tracking performance of the input current of the front-stage unit,and the trap filter can effectively improve the quality of the grid-connected current of the back-stageunit.
