摘　　要：党在安源工运中成功开展了工人群众工作,安源工运由此发展壮大、独树一帜。党组织从情感、认知、现实、觉悟和信仰等多个维度着手,启发、教育、引领和塑造了安源工人的思想品格和行为意志,使他们毅然投身革命,永远跟党走。蕴含其间的历史经验,至今仍具有重要的现实启示意义。The Communist Party of China(CPC)achieved remarkable success in mass work during the Anyuan Workers'Movement,transforming it into a distinctive and influential revolutionary movement.The Party guided and shaped the workers'ideological and behavioral resolve through multiple dimensions,including emotional connection,cognitive education,real-world challenges,ideological awakening,and faith cultivation.These efforts inspired workers to commit themselves to the revolutionary cause and follow the Party unwaveringly.The historical experiences embedded in this movement offer valuable insights for addressing contemporary challenges in mass work.
