摘　　要：政党外交是中国共产党在长期对外党际交往中探索出的有助于增进政党间交流对话和拓展双边关系的重要外交活动,在新中国75年的对外党际交往中取得了丰硕成果。从历史维度出发,政党外交自新中国成立之初便承载着维护国家利益、促进国际交流的重要使命,其发展历程与中国共产党领导的国家建设紧密相连,深刻烙印着时代的变迁与特色。在实践维度,政党外交不断拓宽交流渠道、创新交流形式,深化与世界各国政党的互信与合作,在新中国75年的发展历程中取得了显著成效,为国家的改革开放和现代化建设提供了有力支持。展望未来趋势,中国特色政党外交将持续深化全球治理合作,倡导多边主义,构建更加公正合理的国际秩序,为全球治理贡献中国智慧与方案。Party diplomacy is an important diplomatic activity that the Communist Party of China(CPC)has explored in its long-term inter-party contacts with foreign countries,which is conducive to enhancing exchanges and dialogues between political parties and expanding bilateral relations,and has achieved fruitful results in the 75 years of New China's inter-party contacts with foreign countries.From the historical dimension,the New China's party diplomacy has carried the important mission of safeguarding national interests and promoting international exchanges since its founding.Its development process is closely linked to the national construction led by the CPC and deeply marked with the changes and characteristics of the times.In terms of practice,by continuously broadening communication channels,innovating communication forms,and deepening mutual trust and cooperation with political parties around the world,the party diplomacy of New China has achieved remarkable results,providing strong support for the country's reform and opening-up as well as modernization.Looking ahead to future trends,party diplomacy with Chinese characteristics will continue to deepen cooperation in global governance,advocate multilateralism,and contribute Chinese wisdom and solutions to building a more just and rational international order.
