摘 要:为优化全贯流泵装置定转子间隙流的水力特性,该文通过数值模拟,分析了定转子间隙进出口宽度参数变更对泵装置性能的影响机理,以装置整体运行效率为目标,改进了间隙进出口宽度参数,并通过相关物理模型试验加以验证。研究结果表明:全贯流泵装置定转子间隙进出口结构设计能够对定转子间隙流水力特性产生影响,有助于提升全贯流泵装置的综合性能。间隙出口宽度超过5倍间隙中间宽度后,间隙出口侧的漩涡影响区域会大幅增加,产生明显的附壁漩涡且极大地影响主流区域的流态。优化定转子间隙进出口宽度参数,能使全贯流泵装置运行效率最大提升8.79%,且当装置在高效区运行时,该影响效果较显著。优选定转子间隙进出口设计宽度为3.12倍间隙中间宽度时,与常规泵相比,装置的运行性能和内部流场约有7%的提升,其运行效率可以达到73.21%。In order to optimize the hydraulic characteristics of clearance flow between stator and rotor of full-crossflow pump unit,the influence mechanism of the alteration of inlet and outlet width parameters of the clearance between stator and rotor on the performance of the pump unit through numerical simulation is analyzed in this paper.Aiming at the overall operating efficiency of the unit,the inlet and outlet width parameters are optimized,which is verified by model experiment.The results show that the design of inlet and outlet structure of clearance between stator and rotor can affect the overall performance of full-crossflow pump by influencing the hydraulic characteristics of the clearance flow between stator and rotor.When the width of the clearance of the outlet section between stator and rotor exceeds 5 times the middle width of the clearance,the vortex influence area on the outlet side of the clearance increases significantly,generating wall attached vortices and greatly affecting the flow state in the mainstream region.By optimizing the inlet and outlet width parameters of the clearance,the operating efficiency of the full-crossflow pump unit can increase by 8.79%at most,and the effect is relatively significant when the unit is running in the high efficiency zone.The optimal design width of both inlet and outlet of the clearance between stator and rotor are 3.12 times of the middle width of the clearance.In this case,the operating performance and internal flow field of the unit can improve by about 7%compared with the conventional pump,and the operating efficiency of the unit can reach 73.21%.
