摘 要:针对船舶CFD快速分析的应用需求,该文开展了船体曲面边界层网格生成算法研究,开发了基于船体型线的船体曲面蒙皮算法。基于船体曲面黏性边界层对计算网格特性在切向和法向的不同要求,该文在物面上采用Delaunay三角化方法生成非结构化的三角网格,在边界层内采用局部前沿推进的思路,向边界层内逐层推进,生长成覆盖边界层的层状棱柱网格。在面网格生成过程中,提出有序边界点插值法,解决了凹区域与多联通域外网格错误删除问题;在边界层内,提出适用于大曲率区域网格生长的割补法,引入考虑几何曲率的控制因子,改进了网格生长高度的计算方法。On requirement of CFD rapid analysis in ship engineering,mesh generation algorithm for ship hull boundary layer is investigated in this paper,and a skinning algorithm for ship hull is developed based on the hull lines.In account of the different requirements of the hull surface viscous boundary layer to mesh in tangential and normal directions,Delaunay triangularization method is used to generate unstructured triangular mesh on hull surface,while in boundary layer,and the local frontier advancement idea is adopted to generate laminar prismatic mesh layer by layer.In order to correctly delete the mesh out of the concave and multi-connected domains,ordered boundary point interpolation method is proposed for Delaunay triangularization.Within the boundary layer,cut-and-fill method is proposed for the mesh growth in large curvature domains,and a control factor considering the geometric curvature is introduced to improve the calculation method of the mesh growth height.
