摘　　要：鸡滑液囊支原体病是一种由滑液囊支原体(Mycoplasma synoviae,MS)感染引起的禽类传染性疾病,严重危害我国养禽业的发展。目前临床首选治疗鸡滑液囊支原体病的方法是使用抗生素,但MS感染侵袭的靶器官主要为关节、脚垫、胸骨嵴等,这些部位血管分布较少,血液循环不好,药物难以分布到病变部位,导致药物难以在病变部位发挥药效,同时也促进了MS耐药性的发展。中药可以通过不同组方的协同作用来改变机体内环境、双向调节机体免疫力等途径多靶点治疗鸡MS感染,且中药具有的高效、低毒、无残留等优势也使其越来越受到青睐。文章对鸡滑液囊支原体病的病原学、流行病学、临床症状等进行概述,重点阐述了抗生素类药物治疗的现状与不足、中医药治疗优势及研究进展,旨在为中药或中西药联合应用治疗鸡滑液囊支原体病提供新的思路和参考。Mycoplasma synoviae(MS)is an avian infectious disease caused by MS infection,which seriously jeopardized the development of China's poultry industry.At present,antibiotics are the preferred clinical treatment for mycoplasma synovialis disease of chicken.However,the target organs invaded by MS infection are mainly joints,foot pads,sternal ridge,etc.The distribution of blood vessels in these parts is small and the blood circulation is poor,so that the drug is dfficult to distribute to the lesion site,which makes it difficult for drugs to play a role in the lesion site,while promoting the development of drug resistance to MS.Traditional Chinese medicine can change the internal environment of the body through the synergistic effect of different prescriptions,regulate the immunity of the body and other ways of multi-target treatment of chicken MS infection,and the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine such as high efficiency,low toxicity and no residue make it more and more popular.In this paper,the etiology,epidemiology and clinical symptoms of MS were summarized,with emphasis on the status quo and deficiencies of antibiotic therapy,the advantages and research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of chicken synovial bursal mycoplasma disease,aiming to provide new ideas and references for the treatment of chicken synovial bursal mycoplasma disease with traditional Chinese medicine or the combination of Chinese and western medicine.
