摘  要:为了确定某动物医院送检的疑似猫细小病毒(Feline parvovirus, FPV)感染死亡猫的病原,试验对采自该动物医院疑似猫细小病毒感染猫的肠道内容物病料无菌处理后进行病毒分离培养,研究分离株的毒力和致病性。结果表明:将病毒分离株接种至F81细胞后出现明显细胞病变;PCR检测可扩增出大小约为846 bp的特异性目的条带;接种病毒分离株的F81细胞可见特异性绿色荧光;病毒分离株具有血凝性且血凝效价为1∶512;分离株的毒价为1×10~(7.25)TCID_(50)/mL,对猫有致病性。说明试验成功从疑似FPV感染猫的肠道内容物中分离出一株FPV,命名为FPV-LN株。In order to determine the pathogen of suspected Feline parvovirus(FPV)infection in dead cats sent by an animal hospital,in the test,the virus isolation and culture were carried out after aseptic treatment of intestinal contents of suspected Feline parvovirus-infected cats from the hospital to study the virulence and pathogenicity of the isolate.The results showed that the virus isolate was inoculated into F81 cells with obvious cytopathy.PCR detection could amplify a specific target band with a fragment size of about 846 bp.F81 cells inoculated with virus isolates showed specific green fluorescence.The virus isolate was hemagglutinable and had a hemagglutination titer of 1:512.The titer of the isolate was 1x107.25 TCIDso/mL,which was pathogenic to cats.The results indicated that a strain of FPV was successfully isolated from the intestinal contents of cats suspected of FPV infection,and was named as FPV-LN strain.
