白星花金龟幼虫虫粪对不同含盐量下饲用燕麦生长性状的影响

摘  要:为了明确白星花金龟幼虫虫粪对不同含盐量下饲用燕麦生长性状的影响,试验以太阳神和黑玫克两个燕麦品种为研究对象,采用裂区设计,主处理为纯土+虫粪和纯土,副处理为5个含盐量梯度(0、0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%),试验共10个处理,每个处理3次重复。试验前将纯土、虫粪和NaCl按比例混匀,将浸种后的饱满燕麦种子均匀播于每个盆中,每盆50粒。于2023年12月15日种植,记录出苗期,统计出苗率,于2024年3月15日测量株高、茎粗、地上单株鲜重和干重及品质性状,并对各性状进行隶属函数分析。结果表明:太阳神和黑玫克两个燕麦品种纯土+虫粪处理在土壤含盐量为0.2%、0.4%、0.6%和0.8%时出苗率、株高、茎粗、单株鲜重、单株干重及粗蛋白(除黑玫克土壤含盐量为0.2%、0.4%外)和碳水化合物含量均显著高于纯土处理(P<0.05),酸性洗涤纤维(除太阳神土壤含盐量为0.2%外及黑玫克各土壤含盐量外)和中性洗涤纤维(除太阳神土壤含盐量为0.2%及黑玫克土壤含盐量为0.8%外)含量均显著低于纯土处理(P<0.05)。同一土壤含盐量水平下,黑玫克的出苗时长均长于太阳神,出苗率、株高和茎粗(除土壤含盐量为0、0.8%纯土+虫粪处理外)、单株干重均高于太阳神,整体上看,两个品种的品质性状差异不大。隶属函数值综合排名前5位的均为添加虫粪的处理。说明添加虫粪有利于提高燕麦的耐盐性,综合各处理燕麦的生长性状和品质性状指标,土壤含盐量在0.4%以下种植燕麦,选用黑玫克结合施用虫粪可保证燕麦产草量和品质性状。To study the effects of insect excrement from Protaetia brevitarsis larva on the growth characteristics of oat grass under different salt contents,two oat varieties,Titan and Black Roque were used as research objects.A split zone was designed,with the pure soil+insect feces and pure soil as the main treatment,and salt content as sub zones(0,0.2%,0.4%,0.6%and 0.8%).The experiment consisted of 10 treatments and each treatment was repeated3times.Before the experiment,the pure soil,insect feces and NaCl were mixed in proportion,and the plump oat seeds were evenly sown in each pot with 50 seeds in each pot.The plant was planted on December 15,2023;seedling stage was recorded;the emergence rate was calculaed,and plant height,stem thickness,fresh and dry weight per plants above ground,and quality traits were measured,and membership function analysis were performed on each trait on March 15,2024.The results showed that the germination rate,plant height,stem thickness,fresh weight per plant,dry weight per plant,crude protein(except for the soil salt content of 0.2%and 0.4%in Black Roque)and carbohydrate contents of two oat varieties,Titan and Black Roquein the pure soil+worm manure treatments with o.2%,0.4%,0.6%and 0.8%soil salt content were significantly higher than those in the pure soil treatment(P<0.05).However,the contents of acidic detergent fiber(except for the soil salt content of Titan which was O.2%and the every soil salt content of Black Roque)and neutral detergent fiber(except for the soil salt content of Titan which was 0.2%and the soil salt content of Black Roque which was 0.8%)were significantly lower than those in the pure soil treatment(P<0.05).At the same soil salt content level,the emergence time of Black Roquewas longer than that of Titan,and the emergence rate,plant height,stem thickness(except for pure soil and insect feces treated soil with salt content of O and O.8%),and dry weight per plant were all higher than those of Titan.Overall,there was no difference in quality traits between the two variet
