摘 要:卷取机夹送辊对热轧机组稳定生产、热轧带钢表面质量、钢卷外观卷形的影响很大。随着新一代热轧高强钢、超高强钢、精冲工具钢的应用开发,对夹送辊辊面材料的耐磨性、耐热性、抗冲击等性能要求更高。采用表面强化技术提高夹送辊的使用寿命,可实现夹送辊反复表面修复、强化,节约成本,相关工艺、材料技术受到关注。综述了目前提高热轧卷取机夹送辊使用寿命的工艺方法及材料技术,重点介绍了堆焊、喷焊、激光熔覆、激光合金化等表面强化工艺技术应用于夹送辊的现状及存在的问题,分析了国内外生产的应用于夹送辊、助卷辊等冶金设备零部件的硬面堆焊合金材料种类及性能特点,探讨了进一步提高恶劣工况下夹送辊使用寿命的表面强化技术应用研究的方向。The coiler pinch roll has a great influence on the stable production of the hot rolling mill,the surface quality of the hot rolled strip,and the appearance of the coil.With the development and application of hot-rolled new-generation high-strength steel,ultra-high-strength steel and fine blanking tool steel,the wear resistance,heat resistance,impact resistance and other properties of the pinch roll surface material are required higher.The application of surface strengthening technology to improve the service life of the pinch roll can realize the repeated surface repair and strengthening of the pinch roll,save costs,and the related process and material technology have attracted attention.It reviews the current process methods and material technologies for improving the service life of pinch roll of hot rolling coilers,and focuses on the current situation and existing problems of surface strengthening technology such as surfacing welding,spray welding,laser cladding,laser alloying,etc,which applied to pinch rolls,and analyzes the types and performance characteristics of hardfacing alloy materials used in metallurgical equipment parts such as pinch roll and auxiliary roll produced in China and abroad in recent years.The research direction of surface strengthening technology for further improving the service life of pinch roll under the toughest working conditions was discussed.
