摘  要:随着工业领域的不断发展和煤炭作为主要能源的广泛应用,工业燃煤锅炉在生产过程中发挥着不可替代的作用。然而,传统的燃煤锅炉管理方式往往存在一系列问题。目前随着信息技术的迅猛发展,计算机监控系统作为先进的管理手段,为工业燃煤锅炉带来了新的管理理念和技术支持。设计一套高效可靠的监控系统,能够实现对燃煤锅炉运行数据的全面监测和实时管理。率先分析了工业燃煤锅炉应用现状与问题,探讨工业燃煤锅炉监控原理以及控制逻辑,并对监控系统功能模块以及设备运行调控进行介绍,希望工业燃煤锅炉计算机监控系统的设计与应用通过先进的信息技术手段,提高锅炉的运行效率、确保生产安全,并在经济效益上取得更为可观的收益。进一步推动工业生产方式的升级、提高燃煤锅炉的智能化水平。With the continuous development of the industrial field and the wide application of coal as the main energy source,industrial coalfired boilers play an irreplaceable role in the production process.However,the traditional way of managing coal-fired boilers often has a series of problems.At present,with the rapid development of information technology,computerized monitoring system,as an advanced management tool,brings new management concepts and technical support for industrial coal-fired boilers.The design of a set of efficient and reliable monitoring system can realize the comprehensive monitoring and real-time management of coal-fired boiler operation data.It takes the lead in analyzing the current situation and problems in the application of industrial coal-fired boilers,discussing the principle of industrial coal-fired boiler monitoring and control logic,and monitoring system functional modules and equipment operation and regulation is introduced,hoping that the design and application of industrial coal-fired boiler computerized monitoring system through advanced information technology means to improve boiler operating efficiency,to ensure production safety,and to achieve a more substantial gain in economic benefits.Further promote the upgrading of industrial production methods,improve the intelligent level of coal-fired boilers.
