摘 要:随着全球工业的快速发展,加热炉广泛应用于金属冶炼、玻璃制造、陶瓷生产等多个行业。在这些工业过程中,对加热炉内温度的准确控制对于产品的成型、性能和质量至关重要,传统的温度控制方法已经不能满足现代工业对高精度、高效能的要求。自动化技术不断进步,基于可编程逻辑控制器的控制系统在各个领域中得到了广泛的应用。加热炉炉温控制系统对于确保生产过程的稳定性和产品质量具有重要意义。立足于探讨加热炉结构以及加热规程,分析加热炉炉温控制存在的问题,并进行温控系统设计分析,旨在通过引入先进的控制算法和技术,从而实现对加热炉炉温的精确、实时调节,以提高生产效率、减少能源浪费,并确保产品在生产过程中的一致性和质量。With the rapid development of global industry,heating furnaces are widely used in many industries such as metal smelting,glass manufacturing,ceramic production and so on.In these industrial processes,the accurate control of the temperature in the heating furnace is crucial to the molding,performance and quality of the product,and the traditional temperature control methods can no longer meet the requirements of modern industry for high precision and high performance.Automation technology continues to progress,control systems based on programmable logic controllers have been widely used in various fields.Heating furnace temperature control system is important to ensure the stability of the production process and product quality.It is based on exploring the structure of the heating furnace and the heating process,analyzing the problems of the heating furnace temperature control,and temperature control system design and analysis,aims to introduce advanced control algorithms and technologies,so as to realize the heating furnace temperature of accurate,real-time regulation,in order to improve production efficiency,reduce energy waste,and to ensure the consistency of the product in the production process and quality.
