摘 要:钢铁企业生产过程流程长、工序多,产生的固体废弃物种类繁多,其中含铁尘泥固废是其中发生量仅次于冶炼渣的第二大类固废,约占全厂固废总量的10%。由于含铁尘泥来自不同的工艺生产环节,导致其化学成分物相组成、含水率和状态形貌等化学物理性质复杂而多样,无法统一集中处理和连续在线连续检测,必须通过分类分级的方式,使用多种技术相结合来实现其综合高效的利用。含铁尘泥无法统一连贯和权责清晰的管理主体和管理流程,导致传统管理模式长期存在效率低、滞后大、效果差的问题,是制约含铁尘泥固废管理水平提升的瓶颈所在。针对目前钢铁企业含铁尘泥固废管理中存在的准确度差、效率低、滞后性大等问题,提出了管理新模式的构想,阐述了运用新一代数字化技术构建含铁尘泥固废综合管理系统的路径框架,并对系统的主要服务功能进行了介绍,最后,对未来的进一步发展应用进行了展望。The production process of iron and steel enterprises has a long process and many processes,and there are many kinds of solid waste,among which iron dust and mud solid waste is the second largest type of solid waste,second only to smelting slag,accounting for about 10%of the total solid waste of the whole plant.Due to iron dust mud from different process production,lead to its chemical composition,composition,moisture content and state morphology and other chemical and physical properties of complex and diverse,cannot unified centralized processing and continuous online continuous detection,must through the way of classification classification,using a variety of technologies combined to realize its comprehensive and efficient use.The ununified and coherent management subjects and management processes with clear rights and responsibilities lead to the long-term problems of low efficiency,large lag and poor effect in the traditional management mode,which is the bottleneck restricting the improvement of the management level of solid waste containing iron dust and mud.In view of the current iron and steel enterprises with iron dust mud solid waste management in the accuracy of poor accuracy,low efficiency,lag,put forward the idea of new management mode,this paper expounds the use of a new generation of digital technology to build iron dust mud solid waste integrated management system path framework,and the main service function of the system is introduced,finally,for the further development of the application in the future.
