摘 要:随着固定污染源颗粒物超低排放控制的技术日益完善,在特定工况条件下(高含水较低温度)时,滤筒法GB/T 16157—1996的应用存在一定的局限性。文章主要针对在特定工况下,从颗粒物监测方法的应用难点出发,开展了滤膜法HJ 836—2017和滤筒法在采样时间、采样载体、质量控制等多方面对比分析研究。经实验结果表明,通过阴离子吸附能力、比表面积对比、烟枪温度和微观形貌特征等实验,进一步论证在此类工况下,滤筒易产生结晶体负载量过大、湿度过大而抽破等问题;而滤膜则表现优异;为实际工况下滤筒法和滤膜法的选择提供参考。With the increasingly refined technology for ultra-low emission control of particulate matter from stationary pollution sources,the application of the filter cartridge method GB/T 16157—1996 has certain limitations under specific operating conditions(high water content and low temperature).This article primarily addresses the challenges in the application of particulate matter monitoring methods under specific operating conditions,and conducts a comparative analysis of the filter membrane method HJ 836—2017 and the filter cartridge method in terms of sampling time,sampling medium,quality control,and other aspects.The results of the comparative analysis indicate that the cartridge is easy to break due to excessive humidity and has problems such as excessive crystalline loading,while the filter membrane has excellent performance.This study not only proves the limitations of the cartridge method in monitoring particulate matter from stationary sources under high humidity conditions,but also provides a reference for the selection of cartridge and membrane methods under actual situation.
